Easy to make 콩국수: Mix 1 cup of Raw Soybeans Meal Shakes to 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 min. Add 1/2 teaspoons of salt and serve cold over noodles.
Suggested Storage info: Freeze or refrigerate after opening. Best up to 2-3 months after opening if stored properly.
All Meal Shakes are finely ground grain powder (dry food) so it absorbs the refrigerator's moisture and odor. You must zipper tightly or store in an airtight container when you store your meal shakes in the refrigerator.
If you are using every base, you can store in a room temperature (65-72°F) or store it in a refrigerator. When you think you can't finish within 3 months, we recommend storing it in the freezer with an airtight container or ziplock to preserve its freshness. Unopened Meal Shakes are best up to one year in the freezer.
